More and more often property owners are asking for information... and want it electronically. Through the Portal you can choose to receive your demands via email, view your account online, report problems and share a noticeboard with other residents. And your Property Manager can use it to publish updates to all property owners.
MY ACCOUNT:
Anytime, anywhere access - You have 24 x 7 access to your account through the Portal. As long as you have an internet connection you can easily login using a secure link.
Contact details - You have access to your agents contact details and can maintain your own email and telephone number contact details.
Email demands - You can choose to receive your demands via email and download any historic service charge or ground rent demand.
MESSAGES:
Provides an enhanced level of communication. There are 3 types of messages accessible:
Agents - Agent Messages are written by the Managing Agent for you to see along with other property owners in the block.
Posts - Posts can be made by you to discuss issues affecting the block. You can comment on them.
Tickets - Tickets are raised to address issues affecting the block, for example, a problem with communal area lighting.
REPORT A PROBLEM:
You can report a problem with your property at any time of the day or night. You no longer have to call your Property Manager if there is an issue you wish to report.
A new Ticket will be created whenever a problem is reported. As work is undertaken on the Ticket your Property Manager will post comments back to you and other property owners where relevant. In this way, you are kept updated on what is happening and how the problem is being resolved.
OTHER FUNCTIONS:
Documents - You can view insurance policies, service charge accounts, meeting minutes and other similar documents that are published by your Agent.
Directory - The directory shows property owner contact details that each person has decided to share. You can choose to add yourself to the directory so that other property owners can view your contact details.
Receipt - You can choose to have a receipt emailed to you whenever a payment you have made is registered to your account.
